Foreign-body removal
A small toy, bead, coin, button, bug, or piece of food in a nose or ear is a common — and stressful — moment. We locate and remove objects with care, and refer to a specialist when it's needed.

Swallowed a button battery or magnets?
Go straight to the Children's Hospital ER. Call 911 if your child has any trouble breathing.
Swallowed
A digital X-ray locates the object. Non-threatening items are often monitored as they pass naturally; threatening objects go to the ER.
In the nose
Signs include one-sided congestion or foul-smelling discharge. Most are removed easily, without anesthesia or surgery.
In the ear
Signs include ear pain and discharge. Removal is typically simple and painless, with no anesthesia required.
Camp & sports physicals
Physicals are best done by your primary pediatrician — but when schedules don't allow it, our providers accept walk-ins so you can get it done on your time. The AAP recommends a physical each year to check overall well-being and catch conditions like heart issues, asthma, or diabetes early.
Camp physicals
A full exam with attention to your child's readiness for camp-related activities.
Sports physicals
Screens for risk factors that could keep your child from safely playing their sport.
What's included in the exam
- Height & weight
- Pulse & blood pressure
- Heart, lungs & abdomen
- Ears, nose & throat
- Posture, joints & flexibility
- Reflexes
Telehealth visits
For the evenings, weekends, and in-between moments when a video visit is the right call — talk with a pediatric provider from home and get a plan fast.
