Founded in 2022 by Dr. Justin Pespisa, MD, a board-certified pediatrician who trained at the University of Massachusetts Medical School and completed his residency at Vanderbilt University.

North Oklahoma City (9480 N. May Ave), Edmond (1221 N. Kelly Ave), and South Oklahoma City (8500 S Western Ave).
How long is the wait?
Under 10 minutes on average, compared with 3 to 4 hours in the ER.
Do you accept SoonerCare and Oklahoma Medicaid?
Yes, at all three locations, including the SoonerSelect plans (Aetna Better Health, Humana Healthy Horizons, Oklahoma Complete Health)
What is the difference between pediatric urgent care and regular urgent care?
Pediatric-trained providers and staff, equipment made for kids, and a calmer setting.
Do you offer telehealth visits?
Yes. Telehealth appointments give you another way to connect with our providers. Some concerns still require an in-person exam, testing, or imaging at one of our clinics.
Will you replace my child’s pediatrician?
No. We coordinate with your child’s primary pediatrician for continued care and specialist referrals when needed. Urgent care supports your pediatrician and does not replace regular checkups.
